1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using MessBoss, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. Description of Service

MessBoss provides mess/shared-kitchen management tools including meal tracking, expense logging, deposit ledgers, and automated bill calculation.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Mess Admins are responsible for the accuracy of data entered on behalf of their mess.

4. Subscription & Billing

The Free plan supports up to 2 active members at no cost. Pro and Manager plans are billed per active member as described on the Pricing page. You may cancel or downgrade at any time from your account settings.

5. Data Accuracy

MessBoss automates calculations based on the data entered by mess admins and members. We are not responsible for disputes arising from inaccurate or incomplete data entry.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in abusive behavior toward the platform or other users.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of MessBoss after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
